    Terms & Release:

    *I hearby grant permission for the camp administration to take necessary steps to obtain emergency medical care, if warranted in the opinion of the camp. The steps may include the following:

    • Attempt to contact Parent or guardian.
    • Attempt to contact emergency contacts.
    • If you or your emergency contact cannot be reached the following steps will be taken:
    • Call an ambulance, a staff member would accompany child to ER.
    • Any expense incurred will be responsibility of the child’s family.

    Policies:

    • Camp fees must be paid on Monday of each week.
    • Absent days will not be refunded.
    • A one time registration/supply fee of $65 is nonrefundable.
    • A $30 service charge will be incurred for all return checks.
    • A one dollar per minute will be charged for late pick up after 1:10 PM
    • Camp Artrageous has permission to use photo of your child for newspaper publications and camp promotions.
    • I hereby grant permission for my child to use playground equipment and participate in all camp activities, which may include participating in outdoor play, indoor art activities, as well as participating in an animal program. The animal program may include holding or petting mammals, reptiles and various other wildlife.
    • I understand that even with proper supervision, use of the equipment and camp activities have some risk, and therefore the camp and employees are not liable for any risk. I hear by consent to my child's participation in Camp Artrageous and forever release, acquit, discharge and covenant to hold harmless the El Dorado Estates homeowners association, Imagine Charter schools Inc., Camp Spartan Inc., Camp Artrageous and their respective officers, employees, agents and representatives. And assigns from any and all actions, causes of action, and claims that may arise on account of, or in any way growing out of, directly or indirectly, all known and unknown personal injuries or property damage which I as the parent/guardian or my child may now have or hereafter acquire as a result of my child's participation in camp Artrageous. I understand that this waiver includes any claims based on negligence,action or inaction of any of the above parties.
